Drakensberg Mountain Range

Travel to the epic Drakensberg Mountain Range and enjoy exploring and learning about this beautiful world heritage site. View Giant’s Castle, a particularly significant rocky outcrop, and delight in a leisurely, guided 3km hike to view a number of immaculately preserved Bushman rock art paintings in a cave. After the hike, enjoy a lovely lunch in this beautiful setting.

Capture Site

After leaving the Drakensberg Mountains, return to Durban via the beautiful Midlands Meander Route and view the many craft and farmers markets on display. En route to Durban, enjoy a stop over at the Nelson Mandela Capture site, one of South Africa’s many destinations of particular significance that commemorates Nelson Mandela’s heroic struggle in the face of apartheid.
