Led by a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, the Yoga Wellness Tour will take place in one of Cape Town’s beautiful settings, either Camps Bay Beach, Llandudno Beach or Signal Hill. As well as a full practice, the Yoga Wellness Tour includes a discussion on mindful practices and a guided meditation. All skill levels are welcome.
