Singita Pamushana Lodge

Gonarezhou, Zimbabwe

About Singita Pamushana Lodge

One of Africa’s most remote hideaways, Pamushana Lodge lies on the 130,000 acre Malilangwe Reserve that was purchased by a trust with the explicit purpose of preserving its extraordinary African wilderness. Singita manages the lodge on the trust’s behalf, with all proceeds going towards conservation and the local community.

This Zimbabwe safari lodge comprises six palatial suites and an expansive villa with audacious interiors and organic shapes reminiscent of the ruins of Great Zimbabwe. History and culture preside, with beautiful patterns and prints accenting contemporary design. Guests can enjoy private plunge pools with panoramic views, along with two communal swimming pools, a jacuzzi, spa and gym.

From stargazing beneath an ancient lantern-lit baobab and sipping sundowners on a cruise, to viewing San Bushmen rock art, and competing with fish eagles for the ‘catch of the day’, there’s something to satisfy every soul at this premier Zimbabwe resort.

Why We Love Singita Pamushana Lodge

  • The Zimbabwean-based trust that owns the Malilangwe Reserve fosters a harmonious relationship between local villages and their neighbouring wilderness.
  • With a deep respect for history and a sense of honor to culture, the Zimbabwe resort’s design conjures up visions of Great Zimbabwe.
  • A feast for the eyes, guests can delight in the beautiful vistas of sweeping landscapes, of rocky outcrops, glinting grasslands and unmistakable umbrella trees.
